Write It Up! Student Book Review

Among the Hidden by Margaret Peterson Haddix is a book about a boy named Luke who breaks the law just by being born. He is the third child- in a place where third children are illegal. He hides in the attic and is only allowed in his backyard. He found out there were millions of third children including one across the street. They were planning to rally to stop the population limit so all third children could be free. This is when things get really interesting! This is a good book and recommended for ages 8-14. reviewed by Nilay S. Lindenhurst Middle School.
